Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe

for treating all forms of inflammation

This recipe is a great anti-inflammatory drink and will alkalise your system as well as boosting your energy levels.

For optimal good health have 2 juices per day, 1 mid morning and 1 mid afternoon.

The juice consists of green apple, carrot, kale, any greens or edible weeds, celery, pineapple, ginger, turmeric and a whole unpeeled lemon.

To make it easy to keep up with the juicing, juice on a Wednesday and a Sunday and make enough up for the 3-4 days at a time.

To juice in bulk for a few days use:

  • 1 small bag of carrots
  • 1 whole celery
  • 1 pineapple peeled
  • 4 green apples
  • Greens of your choice like kale, cucumber, zucchini, a handful of edible weeds like Dandelion leaves, Cobblers pegs leaves, Chickweed leaves, Plantain leaves, Yellow Dock leaves if available.
  • Small piece(5cm or 2 inches) ginger
  • Small piece(5cm or 2 inches) turmeric
  • 1 lemon with peel left on.
Juice and keep in glass bottles in the refrigerator.
