About our Herbal Remedy Formulations:
Our Medicine Garden has matured and we are now able to harvest sufficient quantities of key herbs to prepare our Organic Herbal Formulations entirely at Middle Path. This means we do know the history (well, the last 25 years at least) and condition of the environment the herbs have grown in and the handling, processing and storage operations are also all done at Middle Path.
So we can assure you that these herbs have been grown free of any contact with herbicides, pesticides, synthetic fertilisers or other unwholesome products or practices. The Herbs are in the initial stage of processing within hours (quite often minutes) of harvesting and have been transported from field to factory by foot.
There are some herbs which we do not grow at Middle Path for various reasons - chiefly climate-related - which we feel are so important for our remedy formulations that we order them from other sources - we spend a lot of time and effort making sure that these sources operate on a similar level of wholistic organicism as we do here at Middle Path.
