Moods in your Food
In this chemical age where nature is being tampered with many of your foods have additives and emulsifiers. In the drug industry plants that are being used for medicine, are extracted for their active component and not used whole. This is said to create side effects. Miraculously the Source gave plants and food in their complete and natural state for us to use and yet man seems to think he knows better. Natural foods and under-eating enhance clarity of mind and good health. I have had many cases of exhausted, tired people with no zest for living come in for a consultation. These people also have experienced various moods, such as depression, anger, resentment, etc. After analyzing their diet and lifestyle and making them aware of their need to change, I have seen excellent results. I also believe that vitamin and mineral therapy is essential for a run down body, but once the system is recharged and the vital energies are restored there is no need for continual pill popping. Adding live herbs to your foods, and the use of herbal teas, is excellent for healing, and aids in prevention of disease. Why not use these wonderful life- restoring plants as part of your daily life. There are many edible weeds growing profusely around you that are rich in vitamins and minerals. You can see some of them on our website at this page. Herbs are great in salads, cooking and teas and are very easy to grow even in limited spaces, you can grow them easily on a balcony. I feel its time to get back to natures way and live a rich healthy life and be aware of what we put into our bodies. It is our own personal responsibility to make a choice, to live our life to the fullest or to be just another statistic of the many diseases that plague our earth. Over the years I have found large doses of vitamin A (cod liver oil) and vitamin C very effective in building up the immune system. The actual dose will depend on each individual situation. I have learnt to love my weeds and use many of them fresh in my salads. Plantain herb is excellent for detoxification and grows wild in many places, especially at my place where I have it growing everywhere. I call it my Miracle Herb. The mind is a very important factor in healing, attitude and positive thoughts are compulsory for recovery from any illness. I have found that when I have added autosuggestion with my treatments to patients, the outcome has been excellent. To reach your full potential you need a balance in the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of your life. The time is now for change.
