A New You - ANU - series CDs are a condensation of my experience in using tested and proven, natural techniques and practices to help you create a new and better life for yourself and your loved ones.
Each contains a wealth of information about the topic including typical causes, effective tips, treatments and practices as well as a guided relaxation track for daily use which retrains the subconscious to create a new future for you.
The material has been condensed from my years of experience owning and operating a successful Naturopathy and Nutrition clinic since 1980.
Using any ANU CD on a daily basis will provide information, support, guidance, motivation and inspiration to help you create A New You - Naturally and without side-effects.

Middle Path's "A new You" series of CD's are unique in that they provide a complete approach to creating positive change in your life based on clinically-proven natural methods.
Each CD incorporates a guided relaxation (around 20minutes long) which will retrain your subconscious and transform you into a motivated, inspired person with healthy attitudes and beliefs about yourself and life in general.

The CDs have been re-recorded in a professional music studio to assure studio-quality sound for ease of listening and clarity. We have also replaced the backgound music we used on the initial releases with custom-crafted background tracks designed to support the voice tracks and increase the CD's effectiveness.
